Salon Policies

Custom pre-bridal preparation is our specialty. With our spacious facility and over 25 people on staff, we are a premier pre-bridal facility. With 8 styling stations, 2 pedicure thrones, 3 plus manicuring tables, complete and fully stocked custom make-up area, we can accommodate wedding parties of all sizes.

Limousine

Our Visage a' Visage Limousine is on staff 24 hours a day. This is the perfect added service for your convenience, comfort, and the "little something extra" to give with your gift certificate purchase. This service is available and especially popular with our bridal parties, birthday parties, business incentive gatherings, mother/ daughter day's and sweetheart packages.

Roof Top Patio

We have a roof top patio for those who simply love the outdoors, or want to experience, our chair massages outdoors. Complete with grilling facilities, tables w/umbrellas, an outdoor heater and a beautiful blooming magnolia that drape the 8' privacy surround. This roof top patio takes you far away from the city, without ever leaving Lancaster.

Massage

We offer a variety of massage treatments. With the use of natural elements, Hot Rocks have an energy all their own. Helping to create a physical balance that enhances the relaxation response. These "Hot Rocks" are carefully and meticulously massaged into the skin unlocking tension deep within the muscle tissue to achieve the ultimate in relaxation. Also popular is the angel massage, pregnancy/new mother massage, and the aromatherapy massage, just to name a few.

Spa Guidelines

Luxurious robes and comfortable slippers are provided when the service or package requires it to enhance your comfort during your stay. We ask that you do not bring your children into the spa unless they are receiving a service. Please silence your cell phones so that we can make both your visit and others as wonderful of an experience as possible. Gratuities are not included in spa package pricing. As a courtesy to other guest and our service providers, please provide a 48 hour notice for spa package cancellations. Cancellations and/or "no shows" will result in a charge of 100% to the service price or gift certificates will be redeemed as payment. Cancellation fees will be billed directly to our guest and a credit card will be required to reserve future appointments at the salon.

Children

Children are always welcome during their scheduled service. Although we love children, for their safety and the comfort and relaxation of our guest, we ask that you refrain from bringing unattended children into the salon and spa.

Payment

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks and Cash are accepted. Gift Certificates are also available.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service or spa package pricing.

Cancellation Policy

Your service and spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to other guest and our service providers, please provide a 48 hour notice for spa package cancellations, and a 24 hour notice for other salon appointment cancellations. Cancellations and /or "no shows" will result in a charge of 100% of the service price or gift certificates will be redeemed as payment. Cancellation fees will be billed directly to our guest and a credit card will be required to reserve future appointments at the salon. Return Check fee is $25.
